I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Summer is here!
Santa Barbara, California has been hosting a great Summer Solstice Parade for all of my post college life. Somewhat outrageous, sometimes irreverent, always bizarre. I love this parade.
