When I started this PhotoBlog I said I'd mix up the content to include many of the various types of photographic subject matter. Well capturing an image of a small bird has to be one of the toughest tasks in photography. Birds, by nature, just don't stay put. This Northern Flicker is part of the Woodpecker family.
