I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

On Black Diamond Pond
The Western Washington Cascade Foothills are a lush collection of lakes and ponds. This pond was home to ducks, geese and their young goslings. It has been a wet spring and the pond itself was over its shores a bit.
