I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Waiting Time Well Spent
The Skagit River was the location. I was looking for the Bald Eagles and while waiting I had lots of scenery to focus on. This scene represents a small part of the aggregate of features that give character to the river.
