I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

The Joy of Snow
Last Sunday was the day that Snow came to the Northwest. Snowed all day and we'll see how long the snow falls this week. The snow lasts just a few days a year so it is always received by my family with joy.
