This image was taken just as the snow storm was beginning. This wonderful expression of a "cattle", I don't know what gender it was, was trying to get just a little more grass before its fast.
A viewer commented, "this is the Highland Cow of Scotland".
This looks just like the Highland Cows (pronounced Heelnd Coo) we saw in the highlands of Scotland! I didn't know you could find them anywhere else.
ReplyDeleteThanks Shari, that is it. The Highland Cows. I thought it was either Ireland or Scotland. I first saw them in Montana. They were being raised for health food stores because of dietary qualities.
