I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

A View From The Path
This is another view taken at Soos Creek Botanical Gardens. The red pods were formed last fall and make for an intriguing focus this March day. The SCBG is having a series of lectures this spring, try to make one.
