I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Something Unexpected
Sometimes, while out on a photo shoot, something appears that you were not expecting. That was the case with these mushrooms. They were tucked in among the autumn leaves as mushrooms are apt to do.
