I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Crystals and Rose Leaves
I fear the magic of the ice crystals on the rose leaves don't transfer to this image as I had hoped. One of the realities of winter, i.e. most of the color is gone.
