I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Not A New Explorer
My blog is spotted with Katie pictures. She is five now, hikes without complaint and as you can see from this photo has been hiking most of her life. To her, life is truly an adventure. I am lucky to be able to watch her explore her world.
