I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

California Poppies Are Out Of Season
I was reviewing past photo shoots and came across this California Poppy. The poppy is so vibrant in its Orange and Yellow. Springtime in San Ynez Valley is the location of this image.
