I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Bad Lands of America
I paused before introducing this image to my blog viewers. This was a drive-by shot and as such, somewhat soft in resolution. After setting the image aside several times, I said to myself, "let's do it". I hope you enjoy it.
