I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Once You've Seen Metlako Falls, You Will Remember The Name

I ascended above the canyon I was taken by the quiet and never ending
beauty. At times the scenery made me think I had entered a fairy tale.
Jim, You are so very talented. This scene must have felt you had snuck up upon a secret space reserved for only those who were patient enough to find it. It's just beautiful. I look forward to seeing these falls myself sometime.
