I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Entering The Gorge
What a difference a day makes. Last time I tried photographing from this location the images didn't have what I wanted. This week I didn't want to stop taking images. It was simply beautiful.
The pioneer woman's grave can be so windy that the tripod needs holding down, but the spot is spectacular as is your photo...thanks
