I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Zion the Landscape Jewel of the West
Entering Zion National Park from the east is the most dramatic, in my opinion. The weathered sandstone, the colors and the immense size of the mountains creates a display that shouldn't be missed.
