I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Happy Canyon behind Solvang
Near Solvang California is a country road that winds up into the San Ynez Mountains. This is the view as you reach the OMG level. Hiking through these high valley areas is breathtaking. What a place to take a picnic.
