I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Snoquera Cascading Stream
Last Saturday some of my family members went up into the Cascade Mountains. It wasn't an exhausting hike but it was tranquil. I've become more aware of the lack of noise when I'm away from my day to day life. Pleasant.
