I'll try to mix it up, there are lots of different types of photography.
Much of what I photograph is in the landscape category. My passion regarding nature started as a boy. The Cascade mountains of Washington were where my father introduced me to hiking and fishing. Watching a bald eagle use its strong talons to pluck a large trout out of the water was the kind of experience that had to be part of my future.

Snow Geese Over Barn
The LaConner area hosts the Snow Geese through the winter to spring months. Thousands of the geese call the fields, that will become the tulips fields, home. The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival runs from April 1-30, 2012.
