Mount Rainier sits upon a very distinct timber line. This photo location near Paradise is a place of quiet. There usually are many people, all standing silently and looking at The Mountain. Majestic is Mt. Rainier. When my nephew wants to find a new location for viewing Mount Rainier, he will say, "uncle, let's go mountain hunting". I love that phrase.
